There is always tremendous potential for people to work together well. All we need is a process that is both participatory and effective.
I offer facilitation, training, and mediation services to non-profit groups, schools, small businesses, co-housing communities and local government agencies. I can help your group find the agreement you need to move forward. |

Facilitation and mediation are complex arts. There are always two very important goals: helping the participants reach as much agreement as possible, and helping the relationships stay healthy throughout the process.
Effective facilitation or mediation requires multiple tools and strong communication skills. The modalities I use include: Open Space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry, Dynamic Facilitation and Consensus-Oriented Decision Making. These approaches are described here. |
